The Chat Company was founded by two passionate customer service experts, Jenni Aryee and Katie Meier. With a combined 15+ years of experience, we’ve built careers around turning everyday interactions into meaningful connections. From managing teams to mastering live chat services, lead conversion, and customer engagement, we’ve seen firsthand how great service can elevate a business.

We’re both proud alumni of Western Kentucky University (Go Tops!) and longtime friends who share a vision: to transform how businesses connect with their customers. With roots in small-town values and big dreams, we bring a personal touch to everything we do.

We created The Chat Company because we saw a gap—and an opportunity—in the customer service industry. Too many businesses rely on impersonal chatbots or lack the resources to offer consistent, high-quality support. We knew there had to be a better way.
